Rangers are poised to confirm the signing of Moroccan striker Hamza Igamane within the next few hours, with the deal already finalized.
The Gers were attracted to the Moroccan forward after their scouts identified his potential and are prepared to take the risk, believing he can adapt to the Scottish game.
They have diligently worked on the transfer and are now ready to complete the deal.
Rangers have reached a full agreement with FAR Rabat for the transfer of Hamza Igamane, as reported by French outlet Foot Mercato. The deal, set to be confirmed in the next few hours, involves a transfer fee of around €2 million plus bonuses to bring Igamane to Ibrox.
Igamane has agreed on personal terms with Rangers and has obtained his visa for the move.
Gers boss Philippe Clement will assess Igamane’s performance during pre-season, and the Moroccan striker will have the opportunity to prove he deserves a place in the team.
Igamane, 21, scored seven goals in the Moroccan top flight last season.
